It was the a black day when terrorist attacked the Army Public School in Peshawar and martyred over 140 people including more than 130 children on December 16, 2014. The attack made everyone burst into tears.

Today morning, once again four militants stormed the Bacha Khan University, opened heavy firing on the students and teachers and martyred at least 21 people including students and an assistant professor Dr. Syed Hamid Hussain.

Police, soldiers and special forces swarmed the university from the ground and the air in a bid to shut down the attack.

People gathered outside the Bacha Khan University react as updates of the casualties trickle out. The gunmen attacked as the university prepared to host a poetry recital on Wednesday afternoon to commemorate the death anniversary of Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan.
